Are You Ready to Redefine Strength and Reclaim Ease?

I’m Jennifer Sterling, a dance/movement therapist.

Like you, I was taught to be 'strong' and felt constant pressure to be resilient, until I just couldn't do it anymore.

After 20 years of being 'the strong one,' I felt lonely, depressed, and chronically stressed. I was putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own and it was negatively impacting my physical and mental health.

Dance/movement therapy helped me to redefine strength and find ease, and I want to share it with you!

Why This Works

  • “I came to Jennifer feeling stuck. I was exhausted and weighed down. In therapy, I’ve learned to listen to my body and express what I feel instead of shutting down. I still have hard days, but I’m no longer consumed by them."

    Tanya

  • “I’ve done talk therapy before, but this felt different and more holistic. Jennifer helped me notice what was happening in my body when I felt depressed or overwhelmed. That awareness has changed how I approach everything, and I haven't felt depressed in over a year."

    Renee

  • “When I started working with Jennifer, I didn’t even realize how disconnected I was. With dance/movement therapy, I’ve learned how to pay attention to my body and feel my feelings without spiraling into depression. I'm nicer to myself now, more patient with my kids, and I can actually enjoy my life."
